Coherence Presence Yoga

Coherence between the heart and the brain + cultivating deep presence, are the main things we need to be able to feel if we want to experience long-lasting sustainable peace of mind, overall health, and a happy and fulfilling life.
 

Coherence Presence Yoga works on the basis of deep listening, rather than doing. You will learn to connect with your body's wisdom and to move from a place of deep listening and inspired action.

You will tune in with your rhythm during your sessions and you will start to bring this onto your daily life too.
